What is Reiki?
Reiki is based on the principle that vital life force energy flows through all of us. When this energy is low or blocked, we may experience stress, discomfort, emotional imbalance, even illness. A reiki Practitioner is a conduit for universal energy, allowing it to flow through them to the recipient to help restore balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. It is a profoundly calming and fulfilling experience.
What is Distance Reiki?
Energy is not bound by space or time. In a Distance Reiki session, I connect with your energy field remotely, channeling healing Reiki energy to you wherever you are-in the comfort of your own home. The experience is just as profound and effective as an in-person session. You simply relax in a quiet space at our scheduled time, open to receiving the healing energy, which flows to you as easily as a radio tune finds its frequency.
What to expect in a Distance Reiki Session?
When you book, we’ll choose a time for your session. You’ll find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down or sit peacefully for about 45 minutes. At the scheduled time, I will connect with you energetically and perform the Reiki session from my dedicated space. Many recipients feel a deep sense of peace, warmth, tingling, or emotional release just as they would in-person. Afterward, I will send a brief summary any insights felt during the session and any gentle recommendations.
